1)Sample: Could I get a sample from your company?
1.sample order is available with confirmation from us; 
2.The sample will be sent by courier, we will charge all total cost at first . When customer place a purchase order with the quantity no less than the MOQ, the sample cost will be refunded.

2)Price: Can I get your price list?
Yes, please state the products (with their model number) and quantity you are interested in, then we will offer the price by e-mail.

3)Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use?
We usually ship the product by boat via our shipping agent to any sea port of the world. For FOB, we can assist you to arrange the related shipping procedures. And we can ship the small package by courier, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex,TNT and EMS.

4)OEM or Custom Order: Can you do OEM style to produce our own brand products?
We welcome OEM or customer made Order.

5)Payment Terms: What`s your payment terms?
Usually we accept T/T:Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 30% down payment, balance T/T before shipment. L/C At Sight: Letter of Credit. (applicable for order amount higher than US$30,000). Western Union and Paypal for samples.

6)Lead Time: How soon you can finish our sample or bulk order?
1.usually within 5 working days for samples after the receipt of prepaying money.
2.usually within 15 working days for bulk order after the receipt of deposit.
But the exact time of delivery must depend on the actual production condition of the idiographic product at that time.

7)MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): what is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 500 pcs. The more you purchase from us, the more discount your will get.

8)Shipping Insurance: how to arrange shipping insurance?
We can arrange insurance for you. It is up to the cargo. We can talk about it in detail via email.

We supply strong and attractive warranty,13 months, for our products.

10)How can you make sure the good quality of your products ?
We have 5 quality man and 2 engineer who will pay all their attention to the quality. And we will do 3 times inspection for each products,from the raw material to finished products.

11)Why do you say that your Bluetooth keyboard and card reader for iPad is better quality ?
All the raw material we purchased are the high quality from the big and famous facoty in China. And we will do many inspection by our Quality man. For example, we use the famous Boardcom chipet ,A+ grade batteryfor our Bluetooth keyboard.
